What did you do this past week?

I finished and submitted Collatz project, read assigned paper, reviewed lecture notes, and did assignments for my other classes.

What’s in your way?

learning about new tools and platforms like AWS, React, or RestFull API so it would be easier building group project.

What will you do next week?

Start working on the second project, learn about AWS, read next paper, do next blog, and prepare for the tests in my other classes.

If you read it, what did you think of the Pair Programming?

I thought it’s a must-read paper and especially for anyone who have’t had the chance to do a group project. It’s a clear explanation for the effectiveness of the practice. I think it’s necessarily to know about different rules or practices before jumping into a group project.

What was your experience of types?

I didn’t know about types since I didn’t have the chance to use Python before, but when I attended the lecture, I start learning more about them. It’s something to learn more by practice over the time.

What made you happy this week?

I met my best friend after a long time. Also, I released my new project “COBRA” after five months of development and which I’m really excited about. It’s a tool that help resellers monitoring online marketplaces in their cities for any keyword and therefore no more competition among resellers in the same city because they will be the first to get notified about something posted before someone else does.

What’s your pick-of-the-week or tip-of-the-week?

My pick-of-the-week is a platform called “”PlaceIt” that generates professional mockups that has your logo or maybe your app screenshots. It also has video templates for social media marketing and logo maker platform. My-tip-of-the-week is to trade your skills or your time for partnerships. In other words, great idea, skills, and being famous (or know an influencer) don’t need money to succeed. Great idea, skills, and money don’t need fame to succeed . Two of three would eliminate the third one. Therefore, sometime we have to do a free work but there’s always a trade-off!
